According to allopathic medical science, the cause of pimples is - blockage of secretions from the sebaceous glands.  This secretion keeps coming out of the hair follicles to keep the skin lubricated.  If it stops, it collects under the skin in the form of a pimple and when it hardens, it becomes a pimple.  This is called 'acne vulgaris'.  If it gets pus, it is called a pimple.  They get cured only when the pus comes out.


Acne occurs due to excessive use of cream, lotion, expiry cream. Acne occurs due to lack of sleep of the person. Due to problems in the digestive system, pimples also occur on the face. How to reduce the effects of acne

As soon as acne starts, first of all consult a dermatologist.

  • Do not use too much ghee, oil, spices in food. Drink plenty of water. Don't let constipation happen.

  • Do not apply greasy cosmetic products.

  • Get in the habit of washing your makeup brushes thoroughly. Due to this, bacteria do not grow in the brush.

  • Wash your face with a good medicated soap.

  • Take full care of cleaning your hair. Keep in mind that there should be no dandruff in the hair.

  • If acne is more, do not apply oil to hair for a few days.

  • If a pimple comes out, do not press it. By doing this the pimple can spread to other places.


  • Try to avoid squeezing, popping, or rubbing acne.

  • Avoid touching the face with hands or fingers. Do not touch the face repeatedly.

  • Eating too much salt can cause pimples, so consume salt in limited quantity.

  • Eat raw vegetables and drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day.

Home remedies and treatment for Acne. 

  • Clean the skin with raw milk mixed with lemon, this will remove the dirt accumulated on the skin. 

  • Mix lemon and tomato juice in multani mitti and apply, wash it after drying.  Multani mitti can also be applied by mixing sandalwood powder and rose water.  This pack tightens the skin and shrinks the pores.


  • Make a powder of lentils, now make a paste by mixing a pinch of turmeric, a few drops of lemon, and curd in two spoons of the powder and apply it on the face, after drying wash the face with lukewarm water.

  • Mix one tablespoon basil leaves powder, one teaspoon neem leaves powder and one teaspoon turmeric powder.  Add a little Multani Mitti powder as well.  Whenever you want to use it, make a paste and apply it on the face twice a week.  The face will become soft and clean.


  • Prepare a paste by grinding neem leaves finely, then apply it on the acne-prone area, within a few days acne will end from the root.

  • Once a week, the face should be applied by making a paste of turmeric + honey + rose water in curd.

  • Wash the face and steam it with warm water, remove it by pressing the nail with black head remover, now apply skin toner to the nail area with cotton.  Later wash your face with cold water and apply face pack.

  • Make a paste by mixing one spoon of turmeric in a little milk and apply this paste on the acne, wash it after 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Massage Aloe Vera with turmeric on the face.
